I wish i went back to old orchard and i really want this wish to come true and dream genie hasn't gave me that wish yet but he promised that he will hes just busy with other wishes.if u havent got your wish yet just let dream genie take his time.

What is stopping you from going back to old orchard?

Like you said, all genuine wishes are granted immediately but often you will need to do something towards it youself. It could be as easy as telling others what you want. Look out for any opportunities that come your way and act on them quickly.
